Hospitality and Tourism I |
Suggested preparation: Math 1, 2 Language Arts 1, 2 Computer applications class Food for Life or Fundamental Foods class Teacher’s recommendation Program instructor’s approval Hospitality and Tourism I is a one-year, three hours per day course in which students acquire skills to prepare them for successful career entry or continuing education in the fields of food service, travel/tourism and lodging occupations. Instruction provides students with a foundation to make career decisions, acquire technical skills, and practice employability skills basic to employment in the hospitality and tourism industry.

Hospitality and Tourism II |
Suggested preparation: Hospitality and Tourism I Program instructor’s approval Hospitality and Tourism II is a one-year, three hours per day course in which students build upon the knowledge and skills developed in Hospitality and Tourism I. Students will improve and increase their knowledge and skills in food service, travel/tourism, and lodging occupations and begin to focus on supervisory and management aspects of the hospitality and tourism industry.
