Ali Al-Hassan

Hello...My name is Ali Al-Hassan and I attend Michael Berry Career Center in the afternoons. I recently finished my classes at HFCC and now I just attend MBCC and Fordson. I'm a senior at Fordson and I will be graduating real soon. I can't say I'm happy because I will miss high school and all the great people I've met in it. This is my first year at MBCC and at Fordson. The past year I was in Iraq. At MBCC, I take a GIS (Geographic Information Systems) class that is 2 hours long. We get to work with cool programs and create and analyxe data that the city, government, or even an individual can use. Anyways this is just a bit about me..you can scroll down and check out some of my work and accomplishments. Enjoy :-)

This is Base Map of Dearborn, take a look at it, maybe you can recognize some of the locations or find something that you didn't know was there:

 

This is a map of sex offenders located in Dearborn, they have been pinpointed to their house address, you never know, one might be living next door to you :p

 

In this map, I digitized a satellite image of MBCC using some of the tools I have learned to use over the year:
