About Me! Hi! My name is Lindsay Guinall. I am a senior at Dearborn High School and will be graduating with a cumulative 3.75 GPA in June. I am very dedicated to my work and plan on attending Michigan State University next year with the intentions of going into interior design. I like to travel and hope some day I'll be able to study abroad.

Candy bar design In this project we had to come up with an original name for a type of candy and then design a packaging for it.
I had the most fun designing the restaurant ad logo. In this assignment we had to design a restaurant logo and design an ad and take out box.
Arabic Design
In this project we studied arabic artwork and created our own design. I enjoyed using the geometric shapes and learning about the history of arabic design.
In this project we studied african art and then created our own design. In this assignment our artwork had many elements. Our design represented a story, was symbollic, sent a message about themeaning of life, and had to be divided up into bands and sections.

Impressionist Painting
In this project we practiced the methods of impressionistic painting. I found a photograph and tried to capture the picture by using a complimentary color scheme. Caltic Design
In this design we created a caltic design of our own. Our design had to have some sort of symmetry and show a good use of shading. We learned that to make the darker shade of a color, you use its opposite on the color wheel. In this case, the color of my design is blue, therefore, I incorporated the color orange when drying to get the darker blue color. |
