After all the steps that I took to eliminate parcels, I was left with two final pieces of land. The only competition in the area that would be a factor would be the fast food restaurants, but since none were located next door, it will not turn out to be a factor.

After all the processing, I decided to make the following area my skate location. The corner area would give me the most business, and an easier access.
