I really enjoy writing poems, and articles. I have had some pieces published and as I get older I hope to be able to continue writing. I have even considered it as a possible career option.

- Lunch: I wrote this poem for The 2007 VSA Call for Writing. The theme was “A Moment in Time: Zooming In on My Life.” My piece was one of eight chosen to be published in their online literary journal.
- “Uniquely Me” This article was published in the "DB Star" which is the newsletter for DB Central, Michigan Services for Children & Young Adults Who Are DeafBlind.
- "The Heated Circuit" is the University of Michigan's Pediatric Home Ventilator Program Newsletter. I am the teen editor.
