Dill salad Dessing

Lemon juice

Salad oil

dijon mustard

minched fresh dill

Combine the juice and the oil slowly by whisking. Add the mustard and the dill and refrigarate. This dressing can be used on sliced tamatoes or on a salad. Try it with fish or chicken also!

 

Sage flavored rice

Beef or chicken boullion

Rice

butter

Chopped fresh sage

parmesan cheese

Boil the boullion, add rice, lower heat and cook 15 20 minutes covered.Melt the butter in a seprate poan and add the sage. Stir the melted sage butter into the rice. When serving, sprinkle the rice with parmesan chesse. This dish is excellent served with chicken or veal.
