Semester One

Add Shapes to an Image

  Objective: Change images

  in some way and then

  incorporate them into

  geometric shapes.

Face and Place Design

  Objective: Take an image

  of a person and then morph

  it into an animal or mystical

  creature using a background

  of your own.

Shape and Text Design

  Objective: Create a design

  using graphic shapes, text

  and imagery.

Word Design

   Objective: Take a set of

   opposite words and make

   literal meanings for both

   using only black and white

   and only one type of font in

   Adobe Illustrator.

            Magazine Ad

   Objective: Choose a

   product and target it

   towards a demographic.

Puma Ad Design

  Objective: Pick a subbrand

  of Puma and design an

  advertisement to go along

  with the Puma website.

Semester 1 Final Exam

  Objective: Take given

  images and create a design

  targeted at a specific

  demographic showing

  balance, emphasis and

  movement. We also had to

  use a specfic color scheme

  and either use a caption or

  a smart catchy slogan.
