Accomplishments There were not many awards that I earned in design because I have just chosen to go into design but over all I have recieved awards for my grades and through the programs I have entered in and outside of school. Certificates for: . Honor Roll . Completing a dance course . Completing a Educational course through exam experts . Completed the program for Ford Motor Company(Engineering) Awards for: Becoming Captain on the Cheer leading team and dedication for three years. Hobbies: . Writing poetry . Reading . Learning to draw . Creating . Watching television Interest: knowing a little of Japanese is not enough so I will like to learn this language fluently and travel through Japan. Hello my name is Feana Hodges and I would like to introduce myself. In my mind I always knew that I wanted to be a designer in some way because of my creativity. when you see things in a completely different way that is how you know you have it. You do not have to be the best at drawing because creativity can take you to many places and it has taken me to find out that I will become a design engineer. Not many people know where they want to go in life but that is one thing that is different about me. I know where I want to go in life and that is where I will be. when I graduate from Fordson high school I plan on going to central michigan university and major in any design that prepares me for designing vehicles.

Creativity
Objective: Be creative while using a color scheme at the same time. This was the first drawing I did in this class, my drawing skills were not good. I chose to use green, blue, and yellow as my color scheme, because they were all bright colors. I was creative in this assignment because of the movement and the way I used balanced. Word Design
This is the word design the objective was to show the emotion of the word using letters and movement.
Objective: To create a design using shapes and words at the same time. This was a creative drawing for me because I had to find a way to make shapes and text work together and form balance.
Objective: To use the pictures that were given by the teacher and create and design. This was creative because I had to choose pictures and make them my own design.
objective: T0 observe a mouse while using words to discribe what each part is, or what the functions do. This is one of the newer projects we are working on and soon I will be creating my own mouse.
Before desinging my mouse I organized my ideas on a poster boared. This poster board shows different views of the mouse and the way it works.
Objective: After observing other computer mouses I created my own computer mouse.The mouse that i have created plays music. It is a very unique style and shape that includes volume control and base control. It has soft cushion to keep the hand comfortable. Here are the four views. Challenging Here are some of my drawings that lead to the design.
Puma Design
Objective: To use someone elses design but re create it at the same time. This was challenging because you could not use your own ideas. FINAL DESIGN . Drawings that led to my Design.

After creating the mouse it was time to move on to a new design. the objective was to create a package for your mouse to go in to.This was challenging because I had to make the package functional and at the same time similar to my mouse design.This was the design i came up with after research and drawing ideations. This is the wireframe view in Rhino which shows every part to the design.

Hand Drawings
Objective: To create different drawings but on the same page. These drawings include shading with pencil, marker and stippling
Objective: To draw an cube in perspective and include shading with marker. This was challenging but at the same time fun to do. I had to learn which areas should be light and which areas should be dark.
Objective: To draw pyramids in perspective. This drawing and idea was similar to the cube drawing but an different shape
objective: To draw a sphere in perspective. This was the same as the cube and the pyramid drawing but in this one I used the warm color markers instead of the cool colors.  Objective: To draw a cone in perspective.
Objective: To observe a drawing given by the teacher and draw quickly with speed lines but include neatness. There were three different types of drawing and i chose to observe purses. This was fun because you didnt have to worry about the lines being perfect.one thing that I liked about this type of drawing is you can always correct your mistakes because the drawing is very light
Objective: To observe a chair and draw quickly with speed including neatnes.
Objective: To draw circles in perspective. Actually I had to do this several times over and over. It was challenging for me to draw the circles correctly. This is my speed form drawing the objective was to draw quickly without thinking.
