Accomplishments
I've always been known as a smart and funny person. I was in programs such as IGNITE up to 5th grade, and from middle school onward been on the honor roll. When I'm not at school there are a few different things that I enjoy doing in my free time, like listeing to music, drawing, watching movies, and going places like Camp Dearborn.

Face and Place
In this assignment, we had to work with a human and change them to look like something else, all while putting them on a new background and keeping with a color scheme. I went for a look from the movie "Terminator" in this work.
Magazine Advertisement

With this, we were set to do a full size magazine advertisement for a product while researching its target audience, or demographic, just like in a real publication. This work is an advertisement for diamonds. The idea behind it was to focus in on what diamonds meant to many people, which is romance.
First Semester Final Exam

For this, I was given only 2 hours to come up with and create a design using only images supplied to me. The real challenge in this was that I had no prior knowledge about what the images were, or how to use them. This is a poster for a Black Eyed Peas concert. I had to work on getting a single color scheme in this work which lead to me changing the colors of things such as the background, the crowd, and the performers clothing.
Practice in 3D rendering on paper

Here, we practiced using markers, pens, and pencils, to correctly render shapes to make them appear 3 dimensional.

Text and Design
In this we were supposed to combine text and graphics into one piece and keep with a certain color scheme. The idea behind mine was "ice" along with different shades of blue.
Magazine Advertisement

This is another design I did for my magazine ad and demographic research. I incorporated the same ideas as the previous one, only with some changes in the presentation.
Principles of Design

This piece was the first work we did this year. The idea behind it was to make a work using symmetry and a color scheme. We did many different ideation drawings in our sketchbooks, and this one has elements taken from all of my ideations.
Mouse Design

In this project, we were to research, plan and design our own computer mouse. This was our first time using Rhino, a 3d modeling application. Here is a powerpoint showing my whole design process.
Practice Drawing and shading free hand speedforms

For this, we drew what are known as speedform, or shapes drawn extremely quickly and with random, sweeping motion.

Literal Word Meanings

The concept behind these 2 works was to have two different pieces that showed the literal meaning of words meaning the opposite thing. I chose my words "miniscule" and "massive" because they could be conveyed very simply, but weren't everyday words like "big" and "small".
Puma Magazine Advertisement

A continuation of the previous magazine ad assignments, we were supposed to research and design a magazine adverstiesment based on one of the Puma shoe brands. Using only elements of the individual brand websites, I have made a design for the Cricket brand of Puma shoes. I focused on the "Ballistic" style shoe.
Mouse Package Design

Here is a movie of a 3D rendered view of my mouses package design in rhino.
Practice drawing circles in perspective

Here, we learned to draw various box shapes in correct perspective in relation to the horizon and vanishing point.
