Ms. Marisa Reno is a highly skilled and dedicated professional with a diverse background in automotive service, public safety, and behavioral health. ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified and behavioral health certified, Ms. Reno has built a career that blends technical expertise with a deep understanding of mental health and public safety.
After serving as a police officer for five years, Ms. Reno expanded her skill set by receiving mental health training, CPR, and first aid certifications. This unique combination of experience and training has enabled her to approach every situation with a well-rounded and compassionate perspective.
In the automotive industry, Ms. Reno honed her mechanical skills as a service technician at Village Ford for three years, followed by a successful four-year tenure at Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor. Her passion for vehicles and hands-on work led to a leadership role as the manager of the Detail Company at Auto Hall of Fame in Ann Arbor, where they contributed to maintaining high standards of service.
